Tully’s II Food and Spirits, 6401 Monona Drive, guarantees their customers the best deal in town - tasty food and a comfortable atmosphere without breaking your bank.

And Tully’s II has been continually recognized by its customers as doing such that. It has earned many “Best of Monona” awards over the years, including 2011’s best steak, lunch, fish fry, restaurant and place to hang out with friends. Owner Craig Hayes was voted best businessman, and Tully’s II employees Lindsey Schroeder and Donnie Hocking earned best waitress and best bartender respectively.

Hayes says the mission of Tully’s II is to “make the customers king – serve them the best food and drinks available in a clean and safe atmosphere.”

But Tully’s II is more than a neighborhood bar – it bears the mark of its predecessor, Leske’s Supper Club, which resided in the building for almost 50 years. Tully’s II began with just sandwiches and daily specials, but eventually transitioned into a full restaurant with hand cut Black Angus steaks, seafood, salad bar and Italian food. It also has breakfast on the weekends from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and serves up homemade specials made fresh daily. Call-ins and carryout are welcome.

The newest aspect of Tully’s II is the addition of an outdoor patio that Hayes says is “second to none.”

“It’s a very nice outdoor, covered and uncovered patio. It’s smoker-friendly, and it’s heated for the wintertime. It’s has TVs out there so you can go and watch the football games if you want,” Hayes said.

Tully’s II is known for its Badger game day specials, but also serves up specials for baseball, football, basketball and hockey games. If outdoor viewing isn’t your preference, you can still catch the game on any of the countless TVs inside the restaurant with the DirecTV Sports Package.

Tully’s II also serves happy hour specials Monday-Friday from 2-6 p.m. and daily and nightly drink specials. Friday and Saturday nights, Tully’s II includes DJ entertainment and dancing hosted by Badger State DJs.

Tully’s II a features a banquet room, ideal for hosting private parties, holiday parties, bowling banquets and business meetings.

Tully’s II is open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. on Fridays, Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m.
